  • Following Manual Testing training at Wantsome I was able to get theoretical and practical knowledge in this area.

    1. Software testing introduction - what is Testing, the principles of Testing, exploratory Testing;
    2. Bug reporting - bug life cycle, types of bugs, severity and priority and how to report a bug ;
    3. Testing models - STLC and SDLC, V-Model, Waterfall and Agile Model;
    4. Testing types - Functional and Non-functional testing, Black-box testing with techniques;
    5. Testing Levels - Component, Integration, System and Acceptance Testing;
    6. Requirements analysis and environment setup - SRS, User Story, Use Casess, Traceability Matrix;
    7. Databases - SELECT, CREATE, UPDATE, DELETE, JOIN between tables, nested SELECT;
    8. Testing Documentation - test plan, test cases, positive and negative test cases.

    Every course session included several hours of practice.
  • Data capture - importing of data from multiple sources into the clients processing systems and management of the resulting rejected records;
