3. Testing models - STLC and SDLC, V-Model, Waterfall and Agile Model;
4. Testing types - Functional and Non-functional testing, Black-box testing with techniques;
5. Testing Levels - Component, Integration, System and Acceptance Testing;
6. Requirements analysis and environment setup - SRS, User Story, Use Casess, Traceability Matrix;
7. Databases - SELECT, CREATE, UPDATE, DELETE, JOIN between tables, nested SELECT;
8. Testing Documentation - test plan, test cases, positive and negative test cases.
Every course session included several hours of practice.

Data capture - importing of data from multiple sources into the clients processing systems and management of the resulting rejected records;
Making provision of various outputs to internal stakeholders in a timely fashion;
Creating logs of system errors to the IT Department in a timely and accurate manner;
Correction of data according to the rules established by Quality Assurance Team.

Contacting potential clients, creating and managing a portfolio of clients;
Preparation of tenders and presentations for clients;
