Proactive and optimistic civil engineer: my different experiences developed in me a multicultural mindset, sustained by great communication and a team-player attitude. Inspiring others by example has always been my way of thinking: I combine hard work with working smart, which makes multitasking an ease.
My endless curiosity and the sense of discovering have proved to be my tools for experiencing new challenges: I learn fast and I’m always up for contributing to new environments in which I can grow both personally and professionally.
Developed from scratch a Long Term Strategic Plan following EFQM Excellence Model. Lead SWOT analysis sessions. Over-viewed the project using Trello.
Evaluated customer requirements and produced proposals, including market research that reached 100+ companies and 180+ students.
Defined and implemented scheduling system.
Analyzed the capacity of the infrastructures regarding logistics and resources.
Developed the recruitment process and Data storage system (CRM and Excel).
Improved the project documentation and process mapping.
Structured and implemented Moodle as the schools' main Learning Platform, including understanding the topics, preparing the structure and training its users.Prepared the tools to guide the trainers in the definition of the academic curricula
Over viewed the work of 95 Local BEST Groups from 33 countries in terms of the organisation of Local Symposium of Education that gather representatives from Companies, Students and Universities
Main responsible of the communication with the Local BEST Groups and with the BEST Educational Committee(100+ volunteers) regarding the project
Leaded a group of 10 volunteers in order to provide the necessary tools and support for the organisation of the up-mentioned events
Defined and implemented the organisation´s goals that were connected
Delivered Knowledge Transfer Sessions inside the group, both on-line and in live meetings
Prepared and facilitated workshops regarding to Local Events on Education
Leaded an international team of 4 facilitators, coordinated the Strategic Plan and project management, together with 50+ local volunteers and 100+ international
Researched and contacted 150+ experts inside European Engineering Education/

Maintained the full overview of the learning process of 22 international participants coming from different Universities around Europe
