Craig Nowotny

Since 1990, Craig Nowotny has led as general manager of recruiting firm Arthur Wright & Associates. Committed to serving companies in the manufacturing, engineering, and operations industries, he connects those organizations with highly capable candidates seeking opportunities. Craig Nowotny comes to this role with 30 years of experience, having entered the industry as an executive recruiter for Christopher & Long in 1988.

Craig Nowotny served Christopher & Long for two years, during which time he developed an aptitude for evaluating a candidate's professionalism and suitability based on their résumé, interviewing skills, and related factors. He leveraged this insight to assist applicants in presenting themselves more favorably, while also guiding them through such processes as salary negotiations.

Mr. Nowotny studied a bachelor of science in marketing from St. Louis University. He was a member of the first class to graduate from the university's business school and entered the professional world shortly thereafter, joining Mantech Corporation as a sales representative. He continues to advance his career knowledge as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Missouri/Kansas Search/Staffing Association.
