Detailed Description
  • This was an incredible opportunity to gain experience in the financial industry, as well as to learn about the international side of a large multinational corporation such as UniCredit. By working in a very unconventional and open-minded business function, I had the chance to see a wide range of different aspects regarding what UniCredit does to be successful and achieve consistent results in different countries.
  • The role of CEE Best Practice Sharing is indeed to foster innovation and growth through the coordinated and effective sharing of internal and external best practices across the CEE Division as well as other parts of UniCredit Group.
