Conrad Clarkson

Conrad Clarkson is an experienced sales and recruitment professional, currently leading a SaaS recruitment team at a prolific Sydney-based technology firm. His role is integral to assisting Chief Revenue Officers and the Vice Presidents of Sales to build outstanding SaaS teams, reflecting his deep expertise in the sector.

Conrad's global career trajectory includes impactful roles in Australia, the UK, Singapore, and South Korea, benefiting him with a sought-after perspective on the technology and recruitment industries, particularly within the Asia Pacific region.

Originally from Sydney, Conrad graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Political, Economic and Social Science. Post-university, in 2015, he began teaching English in South Korea at Chungdahm Learning, a country-wide education institution with a vast student base of over 130,000 pupils.

Conrad’s corporate career commenced in Sydney as a consultant at GQR, a global talent acquisition and advisory firm specialising in the Banking & Finance, Technology, Healthcare and Life Science sectors.

In 2017, Conrad relocated to Singapore to join A.S.K, an executive talent acquisition company for the Technology and Enterprise Software sectors across the Asia-Pacific and EMEA regions. Initially operating as an Executive Search Consultant, Conrad was promoted to Country Manager in 2023, overseeing the Singapore business of A.S.K and managing a team of 360 recruiters that supported the leadership and growth of start-up and disruptive tech companies, launching and scaling their ASEAN revenue teams.

Outside of work, Conrad is an avid sports and adventure enthusiast. He is currently training to swim the English Channel with his brothers, planned for 2025. His interests extend to boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, triathlons, rugby union, and travel.
