Educated at the University of Mississippi, Colby Virtue studied business for several years before entering the marketing field as an account worker with Marketing 500, a Southern Pines, North Carolina-based firm that promotes clients’ products and services at major sporting events such as the U.S. Open, the Masters Tournament, the Kentucky Derby, the Daytona 500, and the Indianapolis 500. Marketing 500 employed Colby Virtue from 2013 to 2014. In addition to fostering a burgeoning professional interest in the field of real estate, Mr. Virtue currently sits on the board of directors for the Christian camping and outdoor education nonprofit Kids Across America.
Colby Virtue’s past accomplishments include becoming an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America and earning a 2011 Award of Excellence from the MIRA Foundation, a guide dog training organization. He builds upon years of volunteer experience as a member of a family with a long history of charitable contributions and volunteer service.
