More that 10 years spent in software development in different positions : Test & Validation Manager, Product Quality Manager and then Product Owner in agile methodology. I covered all the product development steps from the discovery to the delivery.
To enlarge my horizons, I joined BayWa r.e. (international group in renewable energy) as Digital Transformation Manager in 2021. And then I got promoted to Entreprise Architect position. My role consists in defining the digital landscape and coordinating all topics related to the digital evolution for the business needs.
Support the definition, development and management of the group wide Digital Landscape of BayWa r.e.
Develop and implement the BayWa r.e. best practices enterprise architecture methods, standards and models.
Define and maintain the target landscape based on the BayWa r.e. strategic roadmap. This landscape includes all the different software tools/services as well as master data sources and the flows of data between them.
Consult the Global Process Owners, Business specific and corporate function digital transformation experts on demand. Analyze the requirements of the different stakeholders and their fit to the defined target architecture.
Maintain transparency regarding the digital tools/services in use within the group and the corresponding roles, responsibilities and provide stakeholder specific communication
Support business evolution and digital transformation for the entire French team. Interface between local teams and the BayWa r.e. group in relation with all digital transformation topics ( CRM, ERP & other business applications)
Build the mid-term digital roadmap and drive the digital strategy by regularly updating all stakeholders on processes, milestones and timelines.
Develop a “digital mindset” within local teams by emphasizing the digital vision, mission and targets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to cluster, analyze and process internal data.
Develop deep understanding of the operational business to support the mapping of existing processes and implement efficient process based on digital tools (including respective and adaptable KPIs).
Manage and challenge solution providers to obtain customized and adaptable solutions within defined timeline.
Product Owner in agile methodology SCRUM (Manage priorities, define MVP features, follow product development progress, and validate User Stories completion)
Implementation of "Product Cycle Management" tool, collect customer needs and functionalities for the product evolution
Build product roadmap in collaboration the VP Marketing & Product (strategy aspects, time-to-market, competitive intelligence)
Promote new features internally and communication with stakeholders (Steering Committee, Sales, Marketing, Operations)
Ensure end-to-end customer success of every product launch or evolution including electronic systems and associated processing software dealing with huge volumes of data.
