Responsible for managing I&AM process & services throughout their entire lifecycle, this includes governance, driving and securing service maturity and service enhancements with partners, service providers and internal colleagues.
Deliver a clear description and definition of the service and its added business value, ensuring compliance with both internal and external requirements.
Optimize how business use I&AM services.
Developing and reporting on SLA metrics and KPI´s for services.
Report on investment roadmap for the service, including deliverables over time, expected outcomes and business impact on above metrics.
Stay current on developments within the I&AM space, providing recommendations on ways to automate and deliver services more efficiently.
Develop, implement and monitor Nordcloud’s internal Identity and Access Management policies and procedures and ensure processes are utilized effectively in the tooling, support, or lead specific projects related to maturity increases or creation of new capabilities
Define and maintain IAM architecture and processes together with security and other stakeholders
Create Guidelines & train organizations on IAM practices
Coordinate IAM Assessments and access reviews; ensure advance detailed planning, confirmation of the scope, scheduling and making internal/external bookings, and ensuring remediation actions are performed
Work closely with the IT team and managed services teams to ensure that agreed procedures and best practices are instrumented into our tooling, provide counsel on related topics
