9 years of experience, including several abroad, brought me a great deal of autonomy and solid B2C e-commerce expertise. Between 2017 and 2020, I created the e-commerce hub of a company facing the need for deep changes in a very challenging legal context. From the launch of the e-shop and marketplaces to the definition of the editorial line, including the opening and activation of available acquisition channels, I steered the digital marketing strategy, increasing the online revenue share from 1% to 11% of total revenue. I was then solicited in 2021 to carry out a similar mission in the German market as part of the launch of a new product category.

In a very challenging legal context, I launched the online selling business activity of the company on the French market. This was made possible by achieving the following objectives :
