Between 2017 and 2020, I created the e-commerce hub of a company facing the need for deep changes in a very challenging legal context. From the launch of the e-shop and marketplaces to the definition of the editorial line, including the opening and activation of available acquisition channels, I steered the digital marketing strategy, increasing the online revenue share from 1% to 11% of total revenue.
