I started my professional experience working as an english teacher for a small private school. Then I joined DESC Group as an ANIQ Trainee, performing mainly documentation analysis and preparing reports and charts for the automotive division. Later, I performed Inside Sales functions, primary quotation process and customer service and consulting, as well as Sales Force support on general activities and interaction with operational areas. Later on, I was assistant to VP Sales & Mkt where I organized internal/external events for Sales team, Top Customers nationwide and C-level company staff from other countries. After this, I was the Marketing Manager for the second biggest logistics forwarder with the responsibility to update and enhance the internet, intranet, all print and electronic materials, Logistcs Summit & Expo yearly sponsorship and all sorts of events planning and execution. I was later also in charge of Commercial Intelligence Center, where we aimed at gaining a better understanding of our target markets, and define better strategies for keeping our current customer portfolio and profits. Then I entered UTi supporting Sales Director with the alignment of the KPIs and the monitoring of the team's performance and correct and transparent results' reporting, combined with Inside Sales functions. Now I am in charge of the Sales Administration and monitoring for a national Sales Team, also for a Logistics company with a very recent challenge of migrating the CRM data from a legacy local system to the global corporate CRM. I feel totally comfortable when working with high level executives, respond very assertive under high pressure or tight deadlines. I can sustain business conversations in English and enjoy analytical and challenging tasks.
