The recipient of a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel, Hill, Christopher Carson earned a JD from Marquette University and a master’s in national security studies from Georgetown University before embarking on a career as a Wisconsin attorney. An active member of the legal field, attorney Christopher Carson holds membership in the Wisconsin Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin as well as all Wisconsin state courts.
Mr. Carson draws upon these qualifications in his role guiding Carson Law Office, a solo legal practice in the greater Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. Since 1996, he has dedicated his work to achieving positive client outcomes in civil and criminal litigation related to white-collar crime, family law, bankruptcy cases, and other matters while focusing on client satisfaction, civility, and respect for the court. He also has extensive experience in informal resolution through out-of-court negotiations.
Prior to founding his legal practice, Mr. Carson gained experience in public policy as an assistant with the Wisconsin State Legislature and as a research assistant with the American Enterprise Institute, a think tank in Washington, D.C. He also served as a Kohler Fellow with the Wisconsin Policy Research Institute, where he contributed to the formulation of state policy regarding criminal law and the environment.
