I produce and host videos for NASA. Topics include the International Space Station, the Marshall Space Flight Center, astronomy, education and more.

This product is the 2016 year-in-review video for NASA Marshall. After writing the script and storyboarding the video, I worked to select appropriate and matching b-roll imagery to best tell our story and share our yearly successes before having a final version rendered for distribution.
I produce videos for NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center. Video topics include the International Space Station, the Marshall Space Flight Center, astronomy, education and more.

I interviewed and edited this video for use during meteor showers, as #NASAMarshall houses NASA's Meteoroid Environment Office.
This is an educational video I wrote and co-produced as a way to encourage students to study math through the baseball connection. The Washington Nationals Major League Baseball Team holds their spring training at the local AA team's stadium near the Kennedy Space Center.

Once I had my idea approved by upper management, I wrote the script and and had it approved by the Public Affairs Office. I then worked with the KSC Press Site, the KSC External Relations Office, the Brevard Manatees Public Affairs Office and the Washington Nationals Public Affairs office to coordinate shooting schedules and locations.
This is an educational video that I wrote, co-produced and hosted to show students and teachers the process NASA and LSP scientists and engineers go through when working on spaceflight hardware.
I developed this video idea in order to promote the change in leadership for the Kennedy Space Center and provide new multimedia presentations for NASA's Digital Learning Network. Once the idea was approved by External Affairs upper management and the Center Director's staff, I drafted a script to have the Public Affairs Office review and approve. We then worked with the press site and various facility managers to schedule dates for recording on location. Finally, I assisted with the editing process and the approval for external outreach.
Tommy Thompson works as a systems engineer at Marshall Space Flight Center. Working in Systems Test and Verification, he qualifies test articles by exposing them to extreme conditions and temperatures to replicate the environment the real hardware will need to endure. His advice to the younger generation is to study as much math as possible.
This video was reshot to incorporate the change of leadership for the Launch Services Program. I presented the idea and storyboard, received approval, scheduled recording sessions with upper management and assisted with the recording and editing process.
Jane Maples is an information technology specialist at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. She manages the Enterprise Service Bus Line of Business and the Center for Internal Mobile Applications at the NASA Enterprise Applications Competency Center.
This is another educational video I wrote and co-produced to promote the educational payloads involved with NASA's Launch Services Program and the ELaNa missions. Once my idea was approved by upper management, I developed the storyboard, wrote the script and scheduled the recording sessions in the web studio. I worked with the Vandenberg Air Force Base Media Department to acquire necessary b-roll shot in California and have it transferred. Once complete, I oversaw and assisted with the editing process and received final approval from upper management to share externally.
