- Senior Technical support (level 2/3) on Front to Middle systems, deals referential, pricing (PNL/Risk), and market data referential.
- Analyzed and secured the business chain process by implementing and the following-up of technical indicators on a weekly basis
- Anticipations and permanent supervision: updated and reviewed of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and performed impact analysis in case of technical evolution or new functionalities
- Post operation roll-out (following release, infra operation, …) and implementation the Disaster Recovery Plan.
