Detailed Description
- eLogbook is a software application that supersedes the traditional paper logbook. It aims at allowing aircraft dispatch applying the local regulations. To achieve this objective, dedicated interfaces (Pilot profile, Maintenance profile, Cabin profile) allow the reporting of defects and associated maintenance actions both on board and on ground (ACARS).
As Team Leader, I was in charge to manage (Qualification/Planning/Reporting) the activities (functional definitions, V&V, 2nd level support, offshore, ...) of the eLogbook subcontractor design office within a roadmap compatible with the Airbus milestones.

- User needs gathering (A/L, maintainers, customer support, ...) & Functional definition
- Project coordination & Supplier follow-up France & Transnational (Impact / Acceptance / Delivery / Critical Design / Architecture reviews)
