> Accountability: To support Design Offices (incremental developments, Multi Program Projects and R&T for SA/LR/A350/A380) to ensure Airbus products are compliant with Aircraft Operability and Design Maturity requirements and the achievement of the expected performance is demonstrated
Design Maturity assessment (PTS, SRD, SoW, RFI, RFP, RFW) & Definition of operability requirements for dispatch reliability, availability, maturity, reparability, troubleshooting and maintenance cost objectives for successful operation in service
A/C Operability trade-off (OI rate, MTBF, MTBUR, NFF, DMC, IMC, IP, MMEL policy) to characterize the operability boundaries and the impacts of design or monitoring changes to have acceptable characteristics.
> Value: Single source of Operability and Design Maturity expertise and knowledge of the Systems product. Able to anticipate, influence and steer towards an optimum End to End solution that meets Airline operational performance and cost expectations.

Work Package Leader on R&T @MOST (A380/A350/A320-iD) Remote Support - EYMM3
Detailed Description
@MOST Remote Support is a solution aiming at reducing ground delays for better aircraft availability (OR & SI) by supporting MCC and/or instructing aircraft mechanics with a remote expert connected to the A/C. Thanks to IP communication, pre-recording and streaming features it allows:
Remote Monitoring: on-call maintenance & system health monitoring
Automatic Alerting: remotely from laptop & one click-all aircraft updated
at the lowest communication costs (Support on-board users, Decision making, less IFTBs, RTG, cancellations, global maintenance costs)
As Work Package Leader, I was in charge of the definition of the solutions, the V&V, the supplier follow-up, the business case assessment within a roadmap compatible with the Airbus milestones.

Team leader on behalf of Airbus on A380 eLogbook Design Office - EYMM2
Detailed Description
eLogbook is a software application that supersedes the traditional paper logbook. It aims at allowing aircraft dispatch applying the local regulations. To achieve this objective, dedicated interfaces (Pilot profile, Maintenance profile, Cabin profile) allow the reporting of defects and associated maintenance actions both on board and on ground (ACARS).
As Team Leader, I was in charge to manage (Qualification/Planning/Reporting) the activities (functional definitions, V&V, 2nd level support, offshore, ...) of the eLogbook subcontractor design office within a roadmap compatible with the Airbus milestones.

From January 2006 to Mid 2006:
Braking and steering BITE are systems collecting all breakdown data in order to automatically analyze them and to identify the root cause of a failure. The aim is to help maintainers to fix the problem quicker and without involving as much as possible some human analysis. In addition, the system is completely based on automatic correlation rules in order to avoid spurious root causes.
As A380 Braking & Steering BITE system designer, I was in charge of the definition of the BSCS correlation rules.

On behalf of LIEBHERR AEROSPACE - Finalization and tuning (Labview + electronic hardware) of a pressure calculators test bench allowing to identify the root cause of the potential breakdowns and to validate the fix.
