Employed by Jefferson Township Schools (JTS) from 2008 to 2017, Chris Frame oversaw accounting operations and performed a range of administrative functions as treasurer and chief financial officer. He laid the foundation for his professional success as an undergraduate at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, where he held membership in the Beta Gamma Sigma business fraternity. After earning his bachelor of science in accounting summa cum laude in 1980, Chris Frame found employment as a senior auditor with the national firm of Coopers & Lybrand.
Mr. Frame went on to serve controller positions with Formex, American Sales, and GenInternational before establishing his own financial operations consultancy in Tipp City, Ohio. He entered the public education sector in 2007 as a staff accountant with Springfield City Schools in Springfield, Ohio. His subsequent work with Dayton’s JTS earned him a 2014 Auditor of State Clean Audit Award. He played a significant role in extricating JTS from fiscal emergency status in 2011.
