I am a CACHE level 3 early years educator with 6 months of internship as an early years practitioner at British Orchard Nursery in Mirdiff, along with the past 4 years of teaching experience to children in Pakistan. Teaching has always been my passion. I researched various projects, thoroughly studied subjects, and created more space for myself; I took a break from teaching for personal reasons for a while, but I am now back in the teaching profession, particularly for young children, and I am looking forward to a long career challenges.
A CACHE level 3 certificate holder can work as an early years practitioner for children from age birth to five years.
This course covers knowledge of dealing with children based on diverse criteria; health and safety; legislation; and the practical application of strategies for child development and growth.
I am able to identify the extra needs of a child and plan and make the necessary arrangements for the child's benefit.
As a learner of the course, I carried out a detailed six-week study observation of the child after getting a consent letter to identify and evaluate the needs of the child and how to improve the learning outcomes of the child.
As a volunteer, I worked in provisions where additional-needs children were also present, so I learned how to be inclusive in all activities.
