    Management of a make-up exclusive brands portfolio for the European market
    • Follow-up of European merchandising projects: selecting the supports, visuals, products assortments, claims and wordings with the brands and our legal department
    • Launch of a new brand: assortments, prices, merchandising, animations and coordination
    • Analysis of the performance of the portfolio’s brands and categories:
    • Monthly reports,
    • Weekly reports and analysis to follow the categories and new product launches
    • Specific stores reports especially for the biggest Store in Europe
    • Top 10 skus, Top 10 brands and Top 10 sub-brands reports
    • Christmas offers reports and follow-up
      • Market Weeks (international Conventions) preparation:

    • Organizing events during the Market Weeks in order to discuss about the business, the different markets and to improve the relationships between the countries, Sephora head office and the brands
    • Organizing Christmas workshops to present the offers to the countries
      • Annual events preparation: organizing product launches events at the head office, to present the new products
      • European commercial operations with the brands, the subsidiaries and the Supply Chain department
