Ensure the growth of revenue of subcat and Sellers:
Reach daily KPI, monthly KPI and Big Campaign KPI for Category.
Growth rate KPI for Top & Potential sellers.
Incubate sellers:
Identify key sellers and key assortment to hunted and promoted.
Build Campaign and Promotion for sellers to help them increase their revenue.
Be in charge of the assortment development of Health & Beauty Category.
Research Top C2C sellers on market and build sales team priority plan to hunt.
Analyze data and review performance of sellers to build plan to increase sellers's revenue and performance of Group sellers. => Achivement: Each group of sellers grow at least 17% in revenue/month.
Campaign Merchandiser:
Be in charge of Daily Campaign of Category and Monthly Big Campaign of Shopee.
Daily Campaign: build concept; decide sellers, skus sellers and stock to join Campaign; order incubate team to hunt deal for each Campaign (3-5 Campaigns/week)
Big Campaign: select deals; choose sellers and skus; order team to deal exclusive deals and new promotion from sellers. (1-2 Big Campaign/month)
Work with different teams and functions to align on our campaign priorities and KPIs.
Control all visibilities of internal and external resources for each Campaign.
Analyze data to see effectiveness to decide what Campaign continue to run and how to improve the performance. => Achivement: Reach KPI for all Monthly Big Campaign (from Sept 2016 to March 2018)
Research market trend and competitors to study.

Ensure the growth of revenue:
Identify key assortment and key selling points of sellers to develop.
Suggest promotions to sellers, sell marketing services, organize campaigns internally.
Build marketing plan, decide which products/sellers to be promoted on website and through online marketing channels.
Control pricing always competive and have exlusive deals from sellers.
Control the availability of stock of best selling items and update new collections.
Support Customer Services team to solve problems between sellerls and buyers.
Analyze database to evaluate performance, pull out key insights, and optimize further marketing, pricing and product selection for sellers.
=> Achievement: Sellers grow at least 15% in revenue/month. G2000 was always the highest revenue of Adayroi in both Men's Fashion and Women's Apparel Category.
Find, contact with potential suppliers and distributors
Negotiate prices, delivery time-scales quantities with suppliers and complete the necessary document.
Plan and deploy promotions (design banner, set stock & price, gift rule, display product).
Control stock levels based on forecasting the season and monitoring sellers.
Use reports and analysis of previous and current sales to work with marketing team make promotions, campaigns ensure optimizing the sales volume and profitability of products.
Do market surveys and searching engine consultants, manufacturers, suppliers. Making a variety of products in the Cosmetics and Fashion industry.
Gather information on customers' reactions to products by calling.
