  • Take orders by fax, phone, post, email and input to the company’s order entry system.
  • Enter and close out queries using the company’s query management system.
  • Input customer prices on the company’s order entry system and provide pricing information to customers / reps as required.

  • Communicate emergency orders/requests to various manufacturing plants using standard procedures.
  • Update the order entry system with details regarding sales representatives links with particular hospitals.
  • Provide feedback to and generate reports for the Supervisory team as required.
  • Ensure that the Cook brand and image is communicated in a positive and consistent manner to all customers, both external and internal.
  • All functions to be carried out in compliance with the company’s Quality Management Systems.
  • Ensure that Cook’s Code of Conduct is considered in all business matters carried out on Cook’s behalf.
