Charles McKenna Rial serves as principal at the Missoula, Montana-based Bass Creek Advisors, Ltd. ("BCA"). BCA provides fundraising services to private equity fund managaer ind development institutions. BCA works with only one fundraising client at a time to enure absolute focus on the client's objectives. Bass Creek Advisors has exceeded the client's fundraising objectives on each of its engagements. Its clients have included Babson Capital Management and Hammond Kennedy Whitney & Co. Charles McKenna Rial has managed the firm since its inception in 2004.
Prior to founding Bass Creek, Mr. Rial served as a co-managing partner-Europe at The Riverside Company, and facilitated the private equity firm's expansion into Western Europe. He also secured 35 new institutional investors for Riverside's U.S. and Europeon activities.
Mr. Rial also helped organize two Shorebank Corporation expansions in Detroit and Cleveland. He served as president of Shorebanc Cleveland Corporation and founding managing director of Shorebank Advisory Services. He spent the first 8 years of his career arranging financing for business acquisitions and expansion.
