From the age of twelve, Chad lived in Southern California. Prior to that, Chad's family relocated from Colorado, where they were born, to Michigan, Pennsylvania, Hong Kong, and Australia. Chad had a fantastic time traveling and learned early on how other cultures operate and how to interact with people from diverse backgrounds. In the end, he studied at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned his degree in 2004. Chad joined the real estate market very immediately, obtaining his license in January 2005. In Dana Point, California, Chad married Laura in 2014. The two had met in 2010. Chad is a real estate investor who has owned many residences in South Orange County.
