Passionate about engineering, I love to understand what customers need and to bring the best answer to it.
The best answer does not always mean top edge technology, but rather rightsizing, at a competitive price, in a sustainable way, which is a big challenge.
The complexity is that "rightsizing" does not mean the same for each customer ! And this is where marketing and sales come into play.
Today I really feel how marketing, sales and engineering should really be bond together to steer product development and propose the most attractive (and sustainable as well !) offer on the market. Unaffordable technology, or low price ineffective products are rarely profitable in B2B.
After 8 years of product development, answering product expectations with industrial, market and cost constraints, I feel ready and highly motivated to make the link with marketing and sales ! took the challenge on my own with Mesk once and I learned a lot. But it was just the beginning...
The purpose of this project was to limit the wait time in the park as well as increasing visitors’ satisfaction (confidential). It involved the complete design of a program that could forecast wait time, return optimized itineraries and help people finding what attractions suit them best.
