Elaboration of ad hoc analysis of profitability to support the top management.
Preparation of market review and preliminary analysis necessary for the elaboration of the annual Management Plan.
Budgeting: collection and set up of budget files to provide global coherence.
Reporting: data retrieving and reporting of monthly statistics; elaboration of several reports
Gap analysis related to main objectives previously defined.
Sales and Margin analysis: price and volume/mix variances.
Customer Profitability: development of a P&L by customer to analyze customer profitability.
Supply Chain: backorders analysis showing the main issues and provide recommendations.
Balance sheet analysis: main ratios analysis; DSO and DIO analysis; cash flow analysis.
