My name is Carlota and I am a very ambitious young Portuguese. I have studied Visual Arts in my High School years, which is one of my passions, but it didn’t fulfil all my ambitions. Thus I’ve decided to incur in a more analytical path, Management. Since I went to Vietnam, on the Exchange program, I realized that “I am a citizen of the world”, as Socrates said, and that I had to know better and be part of the globalised world we live in. To live abroad in such a different culture was one of the best experiences in my life and helped me develop several skills such as adaptability, problem solving and creativity. Therefore, I’ve chosen to do the CEMS MIM program. Moreover, I am also involved in other extra curricular activities: federate volleyball; and volunteer work, which allows me to be part and to help communities and people in need. All these challenges and activities have developed and shaped the woman I am today. It did not only developed my team working skills, but also my leadership capacity. In fact, this path helped me to discover my Humanitarian personality.
