My role in the CEMS Club Bergen Fall 2019 was to support the general organisation of social and networking activities related to sustainability.
Company Description
The CSR team within the CEMS Club has for objective to raise awareness on social and environmental challenges while providing tools to our future leaders to build a more sustainable future.
The highlight of the semester was the Global Responsibility Week, an initiative from the CEMS Global Office, where we had daily events (conferences, workshop and challenges).

I gained invaluable insights into the challenges of running a complex organisation and contributed to the visitor experience through a range of public facing roles.
Company Description
Harewood House is one of the Treasure Houses of England, built in the 18th century. "Harewood House Trust is an independent charitable educational trust set up to maintain and develop Harewood, its collections and grounds, for the public benefit."
Participation in a mentoring project organised by my faculty where I helped students for various courses such as statistics, macroeconomics and chemistry.
This project was not only a huge opportunity to get deeper in the understanding of the subjects but also a nice first teaching experience. Designing tailor-made methods and explanations for every student, I have learnt through this experience to adapt myself to different needs and people.
Scouts leader
Les Scouts
2015
to 2017
Volunteer Work
Responsible organiser for a scout group of 8-to-12 year-old children. I was also in charge of coordinating the staff and its organisation. Leading a group of 35 people was a rewarding educational challenge.
Being involved in the Scouts movement since my childhood, it was a great pleasure to dedicate time and energy to successfully perpetuate and update this tradition. I still have the chance to participate in summer camps supporting the new leaders.

to 2018
I was selected to write a complete syllabus for my IT teacher, B. Macq. Working in collaboration with another student, we delivered this course material to his students attending his classes. We received excellent feedback about this accomplishment. This document is still used by his colleagues and new students.

2017
to 2018
I successfully passed the tests allowing me to teach mathematics, chemistry and general method of studying to children and young adults.
Leading a children's group demands creativity, patience and the ability to actively listen to them. I had the chance to be part of this organisation for two years. Thanks to this experience, I have learnt how to communicate with a team, to continuously innovate and be critical about my way of thinking and acting in my everyday tasks.
This experience in a Mini-Company as its financial director is the reason why I started studying business at the university.
For this occasion, I followed an intensive training to learn how to plan a budget, balance books and give a financial report to the company’s stakeholders.
At the end of this project, I successfully passed the ESP certificate (Entrepreneurial Skills Pass).
