There is a heavy procedure about the transformation process of the new Data Platform at the company. Problems are not only technical but cultural as well. By the new data platform, data is automatized and related to that all dashboards or reports are being industrialized. That is a tremendous step for a government agency and comes with some internal problems that I should take into account. Because those also affect our work efficiency. My aim is to create a new efficient data platform for the company within effective business management.
As a freelancer, I worked with so many different companies as a consultant and/or instructor. The companies are mostly active in Information (Computer) Technology, Automotive, Manufacturing, Data Management and Warehousing, Networking, etc. By this consultancy, the companies changed their way of work into Data-Driven Management Methods, gained an international perspective; made some agreements in international market. Besides, I also worked as an academic/scientific advisor for University Professors or postgraduate students. We have published almost 15 national and international academic papers and prepared 500 thesis or statistical reports in Turkish and English.
