About Me
In this industry for almost 27 years,I have familiarized myself in every possible facet, from dishwasher to juicer to prep cook...I was even a Karaoke DJ for a few years! But my track record doesn't just rely on that, cooking has been in my bloodline even before I was born! My father was a Professional Sous Chef at the famous Charter House Hotel, cooking for many big names such as Johnny Carson, Debbie Reynolds and Nat King Cole. And even before him, my beloved Grandmother had already made a name for herself in many Orange County eateries, working at such places as La Chiquita, Las Palmas, Señor Campos, and Pancho Gorto, where she was famous for her Chili Rellenos and Salsa Verde. Suffice it to say, cooking has been in my life for quite some time, and with the wave of success in the Culinary fields as well as Social Media and Food Trucks, it looks like cooking is going to be a big part of my life for quite some time!
