I am a very hard worker. I love making the best out of any situation. I communicate well and get along well with other people. I like to make sure that everyone is where they need to be with their work and I want to make sure that they are motivated so that work gets done faster and more efficiently. I want to create a fun work environment where people aren't afraid to communicate with each other.
As a team lead I had to keep an open line of communication during office hours to the designers I was over and to the field reps in my office area. This included emails, chats, and phone calls. I helped train new employees as they joined the team. I set goals with team members to help them progress and succeed in the company in weekly one on one meetings. When necessary I was in charge of placing individuals on performance improvement plans.
