Brent Baiotto is a longtime presence in the change management sphere who presently provides consulting services with Integrated Holistic Services. One client engagement was with a SAAS company Cloudvirga, for whom he guided the implementation and design of a disruptive ARIVE program. Brent Baiotto’s efforts were designed to enable mortgage brokers to manage end-to-end origination processes via a single platform, while also delivering advanced technology solutions.
In the early 2000s, Mr. Baiotto served as manager with KPMG, LLP, in their Risk Advisory Practice, where he helped design and build out the Firm’s enterprise risk management (ERM) platform. At the same time, he oversaw a redesign of project management office for one of the leading mortgage lending institutions. He also informed a fair lending program that met the needs of a major US financial institution.
Subsequently taking on responsibilities as director of operational risk management with Countrywide Bank, Mr. Baiotto spearheaded an analytics-driven vendor risk management program. His efforts covered diverse aspects of vendor relationships and the performance management of third-party service providers.
