Understanding of review the related instrumentation drawing including P&ID, Selection Material as Required, Fabrication Support, Install Support, Install Tubing Tray, Install Tubing and Instrument Air Sub Header, Install Hook-Up Instrument, Calibration and Function Test Instrument, Testing Tubing, Hook up Valve Actuator, Instrument Mechanical Completion, testing & certification.
Review all Document and Technical Drawing before starting inspection with client
Ensure the installation of Electrical & Inspection (E&I) equipment/instruments are meeting the project specification quality requirements and vendor recommendations
Prepare and fill up QCF/ITR for submitted to client
Witness with client for doing continuity and insulation Test, Busduct & MV cable Hi-Pot Test, Instrument Air Tubing Leak Test
