An alumnus of Arapahoe High School, Billy Woodward earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2014 and gained valuable business leadership experience while attending the school. In addition to working his way up from busser to manager at a 5 Star Burger, Billy Woodward founded a live audio company, Pulse Pro Audio, and has since reinvested profits to accumulate more than $60,000 worth of rental equipment including speakers, amps, and cables. Upon graduating, he began working as a broker and was hired by Denver's Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he played a vital role in the sale of the Arrow Electronics headquarters building and the negotiation of large-scale leases with Travelers Insurance and Comcast.
Following three years with the firm, Billy Woodward was hired as vice president of Transwestern in 2018. Along with his partner, Whitney Hake, he manages local agency and institutional leasing agreements and leads office recruitment and educational efforts. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is a regular supporter of the Tanner Seebaum Foundation and is a member of the advisory council for a nonprofit that helps nearly 2,500 people with substance abuse problems each year.
