Based in Miami, Florida, Benjamin Spacapan has worked for the last three years as an analyst and private equity associate. He holds a bachelor of arts in history and a certificate in contemporary European politics and society from Princeton University. During his studies, Benjamin Spacapan operated as a summer analyst for Baxter Healthcare Corporation, where he focused on supply chain and global manufacturing. In addition to overseeing product delivery services, he played a key role in analyzing freight costs to establish more cost-effective worldwide shipment.
Benjamin Spacapan later leveraged his analytical experience to assist clients with mergers and acquisitions at UBS Investment Bank in Chicago. In his role as an analyst, he provided advisory services to the firm’s corporate staff in a number of areas, including debt and equity transactions. Moreover, Mr. Spacapan maintained responsibilities as a direct team member with managing directors.
Today, Mr. Spacapan specializes in middle-market private equity as an associate with HIG Capital. Over the last year, he has completed due diligence and created financial models to help maximize investment opportunities for the firm.
