Detailed Description
WMC Technologies was looking for a change in their business model, and my job was to help them in the research necessary to understand if the change was possible and to make a proposal for the board.
Therefore, I had to study and get a deeper understanding of their business, their product and the market, and to make a recommendation for a Freemium Business model.
I also had to implement some changes in the World Medical Card website and suggest some changes in the SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), as well as with the email marketing using Campaign Monitor. I had to re-organise the communication plan with the users.
My work was particularly appreciated because of my analytical skills and my attitude towards the colleagues.
