Manage Training Department in 3 countries, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
Draw a training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
Develop and organize TTT programs
design, develop and customize Training Materials for product knowledge and sales skills
Deploy a wide variety of training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations)
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
Design and execute orientation programs for sales teams
Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
