Focus was placed on Websim division: strengths and weaknesses were detected and recommendations made, identifying initiatives to enable Websim to become a leading player in the fintech market
Worked as Local Director’s support manager, developed broad understanding of operating a retail branch network at a local level, including managing people through to objectives, and gained deep understanding of the financial products offered.
Involved in a project aimed at promoting the use of digital services among customers (i.e. homebanking) and colleagues (i.e. branch iPads) and had the chance to provide the community with digital assistance and attended and organized conferences and events on digital benefits.
Took part in a Charity Challenge and collaborated with Mental Health UK to raise funds to support the 4 million people affected by both mental diseases and financial challenges in the UK.
