Recruitment of engineers to work on complex industrial projects (Renewable energies, Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Railways, Naval, Aeronautics, Automotive and Health). In close collaboration with the business and operations on customer issues, intervention throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate follow-up and support during customer meetings.
Work in Agile method (Scrum) within the recruitment team:
Participation in agile "ceremonies" (Daily, Retro)
Proposal and implementation of new reporting tools (monitoring of candidates or needs) to improve performance and consistency within the team

Accompaniment of a group of students with disabilities during the FÉDÉEH National Meetings in Lyon
Presentation of the PHARES project to a jury (2nd prize won)
