Developed in IDL a compositing algorithm between satellite and reanalysis data, describing the characteristics of low altitude clouds over the Pacific ocean.
Maintained an algorithm detecting and tracking extra tropical cyclones and associating vertical velocity and cloud cover data.

Maintained the TOOCAN algorithm (Tracking Of Organized Convection Algorithm through a 3-D segmentatioN) detecting and tracking Mesoscale Convective Systems (MCS) from geostationary data.
Developed and maintained, in IDL, algorithms describing the evolution of geophysical parameters (rain, longwave flux and albedo from the Megha-Tropiques satellite) along the MCS lifecycles.
Contributed to scientific presentations: MCS life cycle : TOA flux from SCARAB, R Roca, B. Rouquié,T.Fiolleau,O.Chomette, P.Raberanto and D. Bouniol, Joint CERES-GERB and SCARAB Earth Radiation Budget Workshop, October 7-10, 2014, Toulouse, France: http://ceres.larc.nasa.gov/documents/STM/2014-10/THURSDAY/MCS_composite.pdf (see Portfolios)

Developed an instrument simulator for the SMOSnext (Soil Moisture and Ocean Salinity) mission: simulated signal emitted by Earth, filtered and calculated the correlations.
Programmed on GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) with Matlab Parallel Computing Toolbox and CUDA.
Computational and Applied Mathematics : High Performance Computing, image and signal processing, fluid mechanics, electromagnetism and acoustics, structural mechanics. Finite Volume Method, Finite Element Method and Finite Difference Method.
