Contributed to the formulation of strategic and operational plans for the West Bank program.
Supported the DoP in preparing the documentation required for grant approval and disbursement of funds
Assisted the DoP in developing new project concept notes, as well as project log frames and budgets
Project monitoring and evaluation and data collection.
Facilitating the activities between the team (doctors, nurses, radiologists, etc..) in Palestine and the volunteers in UK hospitals for different capacity building activities.
Managed the Ministry of Health projects: Breast Unit, Burn project, and Mental Health project. and creating action plan for each project.
Worked closely with the Procurement Department to ensure a smooth delivery for the consumables for each project, and ensured a right procurement process for devices and tools after preparing the specifications and PR's. in addition to analyzing the bids received by suppliers. untill receiving the items requested.
Coordinated for and implemented the medical mission and delegation to the country and prepared for the lectures, visits and on job training's. with all the logistics needed from the time of preparing for the mission until the departure of the team.
Worked closely with the Financial Department to review the budget monthly to ensure a well execution for the budget set for each project in addition to preparing an annually budget for each project. in addition to make sure of payments for suppliers procured items to projects.
Participated in developing Accountability and safeguarding policies for the Organization to be applied in all offices.
Played the role as the focal point with the ministry of Health arranging for different supporting activities including the mission agenda.
Planned and implemented activities, organized conferences, workshops, seminars, visited stakeholders and partners, follow-up on activities.
Supported in designing monitoring & evaluation plans for the program, including close monitoring of partners’ activities;
