Define and clarify project scope, project plan and schedule. Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives
Work with Delivery manager to allocate team members, roles and positions
Follow daily assignments and keep all the team on track to meet the commitment. Work with IT, HR, Training departments and management team to support development activities
Keep team spririt up thru caring, sharing, motivating
Work closely to team to measure project progress comparing to objectives, run daily/weekly meeting for status reporting. Determine and have corrective actions to address deviations
