I am currently enrolled in the second of a two-years MSc program in International Management at Bocconi University in Milan. I am a CEMS MIM student and next year I will spend my second semester in Vienna, studying at WU-Vienna University of Economics and Business. In October 2016 I completed my three-years Business and Management (CLEAM) program at Bocconi and graduated with 110 cum laude as final grade. As part of this program, I spent one semester at UCLA in Los Angeles (exchange program) where, beside a great academic experience, I had the chance to work with many international students with different cultures, thus strengthening my desire to work within an international environment. This experience pushed me to candidate for the role of Vice President for CEMS Club Milan; I was elected in July 2017 and will be in charge for the next semester. I will have the chance to collaborate with people from all over the world, further enhancing my leadership skills. Furthermore, I am currently a member of BSDC - Bocconi Students for Digital Consulting, an association that is focused on the IT world and, among its activities, offers international start-ups managerial consulting support. The skills I acquired working for the association were crucial during my summer internship at One Equity Partners in Frankfurt am Main, where I worked on several projects, amongst which many related to IT companies. The internship was an amazing experience that allowed me to take my first steps in a real business framework. I was closely involved in many deals and asked for support in numerous steps of M&A transactions, from target research to modelling to IC Memo write down. As to my personal profile, I am a conscientious and determined person, used to work hard to meet my objectives. Throughout my academic path I developed deep analytical and quantitative skills and improved my critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Leadership, communication, team attitude and stress management are part of my background as well, also thanks to the intensive sport activities I have been carrying out at competitive level for many years. I am eager to be involved in a real business framework again and have the enthusiasm and determination to make it a successful experience once more.
Together with the President of the Club, my responsibility is to involve all the CEMS students spending their first semester in Bocconi University in the activities of the Club. Until now we have selected the team leaders and the members of the four teams we have to coordinate and in the next few weeks we are going to carefully plan all the activities of the next four months (company visits, charity events, social events, reunions with CEMS Clubs of other countries)
I am extremely involved in my role and love working with people from all over the world. The Club represents a unique opportunity not only for networking, but also to discover cultures that are remarkably far from ours
