Make the ITP
Checking incoming material. ( follow the contract and specification, compare with rule)
Carry out pre-inspection to confirm the condition of Owner/ Class items before official apply inspection
Arrange the inspection time properly for each item in order to make the ship working progress fluently and also satisfy Owner/Class.
Carry out inspection and management follow ITP.
To prepare and management inspection record.
Attend inspection together with Owner/Class. Discuss with them if any problem found during inspection.
Control quality of welding piping, fit-up inspection, visual inspection and hydrostatic in house.
Make NDT plan.
Control quality of piping and machinery installation and hydrostatic test, lieu test, tightening … (to compare with standard, specification, guideline, diagram...)
Control and monitoring the outfitting work, to solve problems, to keep the quality as standard.
Control the safety and function/ operation test for machinery and equipment after installation finished.
To attend ship seatrial together with owner Supervisor and Class surveyor and receive all comments, requirement. Discuss and resolve these problem immediately if possible or divide work to each related department after seatrial.
Know how to co-operate with engineer of another Dep’t in work to improve the quality and working progress.
To carry out patrol to find out any problem during working, give proper solutions.
