Validating results and reports of mobile networks QoS measurements and customer opinion pools.
Working on solutions related to mobile network fraud (by pass) detection, as part of the improvement of end user QoS/QoE.

Project Manager "Tunisian Youth Voice Project": In April 2020, Tunisian Youth Impact launched the Tunisian Youth Voice project in partnership with the International Republican Institute in the states of Beja, Zaghouan and Ben Arous, which aims to encourage youth to participate in the public affairs and educating them on the electoral process and parliamentary work. Within the project, a Youth Council was formed by electing youth representatives from each state through the electronic voting mechanism, and nearly 6000 citizens participated in the voting through a platform designated for the purpose. The council’s members deliberated on issues related to development and economy in their local communities, and concluded with drafting policy papers that were subsequently advocated with various decision makers. The project lasted until September 2020.
Monitoring and evaluation officier "Majeles Project": In May 2020, Tunisian Youth Impact Association launched with the support of the National Endowment for Democracy the project “Majeles” under the slogan “The next step”. Majeles is a pilot project that lasted until May 2021 and aimed to contribute to the establishment of local democracy in Tunisia in its regional dimension by developing the legal and procedural framework regulating the elections of regional councils and the conduct of their work. Majeles was implemented in 08 regions: Bizerte, Beja, El Kef, Greater Tunis, Zaghouan, Mahdia, Gabes and Tozeur. Its goal was, through a series of discussions and dialogue sessions with various stakeholders in the field of decentralization and local authority, to come up with recommendations that will contribute to the development of the legislative, political, administrative and financial aspects related to the local authority and the upcoming regional councils, in order to ensure their establishment as soon as possible and in appropriate conditions and then facilitate their work later, drawing on the experience of the local councils emanating from the municipal elections of 2018.
Monitoring and evaluation officier "Ma3an – Mohamedia Project": Ma3an – Mohamedia is a project carried out by Tunisian Youth Impact funded by the US Agency for International Development USAID. The objective of Ma3an is to enhance the resilience of local communities to face of social crises, and extends over a year and a half until 2022. During this project, 30 young men and women from the Mohamedia Municipality were trained on community planning and social accountability, in addition to a number of field activities such as field surveys and advocacy and sensitization campaigns.
Monitoring and evaluation officier "Dhawili Project": It is a project implemented since March 2021 in partnership with I Watch, the Middle East Partnership Initiative and the Municipality of ElFahs under the slogan "Access to Information: A citizen's tool to fight corruption and a guarantee for more transparent local development". This project aims to consolidate the citizens’ right to access information by simplifying these concepts and conducting awareness-raising campaigns for the benefit of citizens, as well as supporting the municipality’s capabilities through study and diagnosis, supporting capabilities, training and contributing to the development of technology in the administration.
