Assistance with transactions and restructuring: working on going concern projections, conducting business valuations, providing tax advice for corporate transactions, drawing up management presentations
Preparation of annual audits: identifying the scope of engagements by calculating sample sizes and materiality as well as identifying and assessing the risk of the engagements
