• Conducted routine inspections and monitoring of gensets and documented operating parameters. • Performed daily preventive maintenance checks on gensets in US military bases. • Performed on site scheduled, unscheduled and emergency maintenance services on gensets. • Collected lube oil samples and sent to AOAP lab for testing. • Diagnosed and repaired faults on defective gensets according to OEM requirements. • Completed daily reports and generated service repair orders (SRO) and requested and collected parts. • Ensured testing, measuring and diagnostic equipment are calibrated on time. • Installed and commissioned in field new gensets after swapping gensets with major defects. • Ensured smooth start-up of back-up gensets after prime-power shutdown or failure. • Cleaned and drained gensets, fuel tanks and other equipments for shipping or disposal to DRMO. • Attended regular HAZWOP, HAZMAT and HAZCOM training sessions. • Ensured machine and hand tools are inventoried regularly.
