Support marketing manager organize TTB events, includes : -Help marketing manager to liaise with stand developers and builders -Setting up profile on event website -Ensuring all advertising and communications about event on track -Organize brochures and promo material for event -Prepare staff schedule and accomodation
Organize reseller product and sales training events - includes: -Locate an appropriate venue and book it including catering, equipment & accomodation -Send all communications about the training and gather RSVP's -Follow up with questionnaires or further training materials after the event
Assist in the preparation, execution and monitoring of lead generation projects such as emailing campaigns
Monitor & Report PR & communication activities
Put all marketing purchases through SAP (SRM) and follow these from beginning to end
Sales assistant
Assist the TTB sales managers with partners communications, travel arrangement and any administrative tasks such as expenses.
Input into sales forces some partners leads and distribute it to the local sales person to generate new partners
