A hands-on parent and active member of her community, Audrey Buchner has served as a room parent at the Rancho Santa Fe School and varsity football team parent at The Bishop’s School. She belongs to The Bishop’s School’s Knights Booster Group, which seeks to build community spirit for the school’s athletic programs. Audrey Buchner comes to this work as an experienced parent volunteer, a past member of the Rancho Santa Fe School Education Foundation Board and co-head of its Kind to the Core program.
Ms. Buchner strives to build a family culture of diligent work and contribution to the community. She volunteers in her local area through the San Diego Del Norte chapter of the National Charity League, Inc., a group that cultivates leadership among mothers and daughters as local volunteers. Through this organization, Audrey Buchner co-chaired an annual fashion show and serves as a liaison to the Rancho Santa Fe Senior Center.
Ms. Buchner also served for six years as a co-chair for the Class of 2021 of The Martine Cotillions, which hosts events that promote etiquette, confidence, and self-awareness in young people. An alumna of Yale University with a BA in Ethics, Politics, and Economics, she is an active volunteer of the Yale College Alumni Fund and has served on the Governing Board of the Yale University Art Gallery.
