Responsible for acquisition & retention of the subscribers in the region with coordination of different functions
Channel Management and manpower projection for the cluster
Planning of acquisition for DSL and Fully Functional Voice / Wire line subscribers in the region
Responsible for planning and implementation of new roll out
Budgeting/Planning and making strategies for achieving subscriber base in the Region
Market segmentation in terms of Corporate, SME, Residential
Territory segmentation for the various teams for sales growth and achieving targets
Liaison with the marketing team at Head Office for the proper execution of the marketing plans in the Region
Responsible for the awareness of Tata Indicom Broadband, Tata Indicom Total Internet, Tata Indicom Calling Cards, Hello World, Residential wi-fi & Tata Indicom Tele zones
